Reagglomerated Carbon Without Raw-Coal Constraints
Briquetted activated carbon (reagglomerated crushed carbon) is produced by a coal-blending and forming process that is not limited to a single coal type. It offers uniform pore structure, low ash and low floatability, and the pore structure can be altered by adjusting the blend to suit different adsorbates and operating conditions.
Combining fast adsorption, high mechanical strength and easy regeneration, it suits both liquid-phase decolorization and purification and gas-phase adsorption — a versatile general-purpose carbon for water treatment and refining.
